Youmust confirm these details and pay the deposit, as discussed in your details; to Silver Tours by bank transfer or credit / debit card (Visa and MasterCard, both are accepted), PayPal are subject to 3% surcharge to cover PayPal Feesand any changes made to the original booking are subject to availability.
All rooms are standard rooms Double or twin-bed rooms with private facilities, unless you have specifically requested you can paid for an upgraded room category or for any Special requests, Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional supplementary rate, and If the client has any special requests, he should inform the company at the time of booking.
Reservations should be made as early as possible especially if you are travelling in the peak season (Christmas and Easter).
Responsibility
The company acts only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, boat, aircraft, or any other mode of transport, and assume no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes: weather, acts of God, force majeure, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes made by any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.
Payments:-
Payment can be made by bank wire-transfer orby credit card (Visa and MasterCard) with a 3% surcharge using our secure pay-online system.
Fluctuations in the currency exchange rate on the day of purchase may result in a slight difference in the total charges.
A 50% deposit is required to make the booking. Full payment will be due 30 days prior to your arrival in Egypt. After that will be sent to you confirmation with all booking details.

Cancellation by Silver Tours:
Silver Tours will never cancel a tour, but if for some unforeseen reason we were to ever cancel a tour, guests are welcome to move dates or their payment would be refunded in full.
Force Majeure:
Silver Tours offers a very flexible cancelation policy in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your departure country and/or your destination. In the event of this happening, we will be refunding you the amount paid for the tour package or in some cases, your payment will be available as future travel credit and travel voucher that can be used towards any of the destinations we operate tours in. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months. Reservations will be adjusted to reflect these travel credits automatically. Only flights’ cancellation/changing fees are charged, according to the airline's terms and conditions, and bank surcharges fees applied on the deposit amount paid.
